Welcome to Empathy Envoys, going beyond providing development training to actively support fostering empathy and understanding in our professional communities.

As an Empathy Envoy, the mission is to champion the message of empathy and understanding, focusing on collective growth and promotion within an organisation, rather than individual perfection, or having all the answers, as none of us can achieve that !

Our optional WhatsApp group offers a supportive space and a forum for like-minded professionals dedicated to spreading compassion and emotional intelligence to share, discuss and support each other. And, to keep things stress-free, remember that you can always mute notifications for a while if they get too frequent. We want everyone to feel comfortable and engaged at their own pace!

The Empathy Envoys Recognition Awards celebrate those who exemplify outstanding empathy and understanding. These awards honour individuals who simply stand out actioning empathy, compassion and emotional awareness.

Nominate a deserving person in your organisation who has made a significant impact by fostering empathy and connection, maybe while facing their own challenges. By recognising those who inspire and support others, we promote staff well-being and highlight the importance of empathy in overcoming adversity.
