Empathy Navigation Pathway
®

This roadmap, born from the founder’s 22 year old experience of navigating a young child's loss and subsequent challenges of systems and communication lacking empathy, empowers individuals and organisations to adopt an empathetic mindset. Brought to life within training programmes, this simple infographic provides a visual aid which promotes a form of empathy that helps acknowledge limits without becoming stuck, and instead moving toward what can be done with care and intention.

(The Empathy Navigation Pathway® is registered to C&C Empathy Training Ltd and part of our foundation programmes. This infographic is publicly available for awareness, discussion and support.)

Useful Websites and TED Talks

Probably one of the best TED talks out there. Shawn Achor talking about how he stumbled across the power of Positive Psychology whilst 'manipulating' his little sister!

C&C Empathy Training is proud to be affiliated with Civility Saves Lives. They are doing brilliant work raising the awareness of incivility and a huge amount of resources can be found on their website.
